Hi, I’m Dayana! I’m a REALTOR® with CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company, born and raised right here in Waxahachie. This community has always been home to me, so getting to build a career helping others plant roots, make moves, and invest in the area I know and love feels incredibly special. Before real estate, I spent more than 10 years in customer service, banking, and executive operations. So while I may be newer to the real estate industry, I’m definitely not new to helping people navigate important decisions, handling the details, or making sure things get done. For me, real estate is about so much more than finding a house. Maybe you’re buying your very first home, selling one to start a new chapter, looking for land, building your investment portfolio, or simply trying to figure out what your options are. Wherever you are in the process, my goal is to make sure you feel informed, comfortable, and confident about what comes next. I’m also bilingual in English and Spanish, and being a first-generation Mexican-American has shaped so much of who I am and how I serve others. I want my clients to feel like they have someone in their corner who will communicate openly, answer their questions, and genuinely advocate for them throughout the process. And when I’m not doing real estate, you’ll probably find me doing hair through my special-event styling business, creating content, decorating something in my house, trying a new recipe, finding a cute coffee shop, traveling with my husband Collin, or spending entirely too much time with our poodle, Daisy.
